After much discussion, thought, and prayer, we have decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting was originally scheduled for September 10th.
COVID-19 has impacted events and activities like funerals, weddings, vacations, graduations, proms and numerous others during 2020. Like these events and activities, the decision to postpone
the Annual Meeting was based on the safety of our consumers and employees. We believe it is best to postpone the meeting until a later date.
