What Is SmartHub?

SmartHub provides Cimarron Electric Cooperative members account management at their fingertips. Members can view their usage and billing, manage payments, report an outage and receive special messaging from Cimarron Electric.

How to Download the SmartHub Mobile App

  1. On your mobile device, open your app store application.
  2. Search for “SmartHub” and download the app.
  3. Launch the SmartHub app after it installs.
  4. After SmartHub opens to the initial launch screen, search for “Cimarron Electric Cooperative” either “By Location” or “By Name” and enter the required information.
  5. After the search results populate, select “Cimarron Electric Cooperative” and confirm your selection.

How to Register for SmartHub

  1. On the security check screen, answer all security questions and click “Register”.
  2. You will receive an e-mail with a temporary password to access your SmartHub account. Copy the temporary password and click “Login” in the e-mail to go to the login screen.
  3. At the SmartHub app login screen, enter your registered e-mail address, temporary password, and click “Sign In”.
  4. The first time you log in, you will be asked to change your password. Type in your new password and click Save.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit.
