New Outage Texting!

It has been a long time coming, but Outage Texting is now available to Cimarron members. It has been our goal for members to be able to text in an outage from your cell phones. It has also been a goal to have a reply text sent to your cell phone when your outage text was received.

Floyd Driever Retires as District 3 Trustee

Floyd Driever attended his first meeting representing District 3 at the August  meeting of the Cimarron Electric Cooperative Trustees. The year was 1998. Floyd has represented his fellow friends and neighbors in his district in Watonga for 17 years.  Obviously Floyd did it very well as he was elected and re-elected to serve his district six times!

Rodney Johnson makes Journeyman Lineman

Rodney Johnson just completed the Northwest Certifications Program of the Northwest Lineman’s College. He is now a Journeyman Lineman!

Rodney began working at Cimarron Electric on May 24th of 2011 in the warehouse. The following days and weeks were full of overtime for Rodney. This was when we had the tornados that hit an area from El Reno to Piedmont to Guthrie.
